Quad biking FAQ

How often do you run trips?
We run trips on a daily basis every hour between 10:00 and 19:00

How much do you charge for quad biking?
Quad biking costs R495 per hour.

What sort of equipment do you use?
We have a range of bikes from 150cc up to 500cc. Most are semi/fully automatic, and we also have some manual bikes. We provide helmets and goggles for all.

Where does the quad biking take place?
We have various locations around the Western Cape.

We have a beautiful area in Grabouw up in the mountains, only an hour out of Cape Town.

We also go to an area near Atlantis up on the West Coast, about 40 minutes out of Cape Town. There is an excellent range of off-road and 4x4 tracks and trails through the dunes and bush. (Min Number:4 but there are often groups going that one can join.)
For large/corporate groups and as part of the sand board & quad bike combo we can quad in the Atlantis Dunes nature reserve- an unforgettable experience!

Where do I have to go for quad biking?
You can go with your own transport to the quad biking location, or we can arrange transport at a nominal fee. Transportation is included in the cost of the sand board & quad bike combo.

How fast can these quad bikes go?
The quad bikes can reach a speed of 80 kilometers per hour.

What sort of experience do I get?
Our quad biking is a guided activity with a lead and usually a following guide. Its not a crazy, free-for-all, do what-you-like activity as people get hurt and bikes get broken. But neither is it a tame, looking at the flowers ride either. Its fast, fun and exhilarating but carried out in safe, controlled environment.

What do I need to bring ?
Bring some comfortable clothes and suitable shoes ( no sandals!)

Is there any previous experience required?
No previous experience of quad biking is required, as we give full instruction.
