Downhill Adventures, established in 1995, has been operating exciting outdoor adventure activities throughout the Cape peninsular for over a decade now.

Downhill Adventures strives to create definitive adventures combined with great service. Our professional attitude and consistent efficiency is a hallmark of our service. Our original and creative view on adventure activities has kept us on the cutting edge of new trends for the past 12 years.

We will facilitate all the activities, provide all required equipment and our experienced, qualified guides will make sure the whole
day runs smoothly. We can also take care of transportation and catering, as well as adventure filming, stand-by medics, event team colours etc.

THE LOCATION

ATLANTIS we take you to the stunning nature reserve at Atlantis- This idyllic location often used by the film industry, offers incredibly white sand dunes, unique views of Table Mountain and the City and gives people that incredible wide-open feeling of Africa. Just 40 minutes out of Cape Town, comprising of 5sqKm of nature reserve, this oasis is our prefered location for our Desert Experience and Sandboarding activities.

THE ACTIVITIES
For this fun family adventure day, we thought we'd setup a whole feast of different activities with something for everyone. For those wanting to get an adrenaline rush we have sandboarding, quad biking, 4x4's. For the kids and those wanting some 'softer' options, there'll also be a range of races and activities. Below are listed some that we had in mind- we can of course add to them, or exchange any depending on your preferences.

WHAT DOWNHILL ADVENTURES WILL PROVIDE
DHA will put this whole Desert Experience together, facilitating all activities, ensuring maximum safety and enjoyment for the teams throughout the course of the day.

DHA will provide:

*Experienced qualified guides at each activity.

*Snacks and refreshments

*Shade areas.

*Level 1-3 trained First aiders

*All equipment and safety gear

*An event organiser and presenter to brief the group, detail the day’s proceedings, motivate the clients, and make sure that the whole day is a phenomenal success.

*Ground handling staff to take care of all operational details

TRANSPORTATION
You stated that the families would be able to transport themselves to the location, therefore I haven't included any transport fees in the cost.

DHA will transport all its staff members and equipment using its own vehicles.

*On-Hand medical / emergency staff & paramedics
*Catering & Bar facilities
*Videographers to record the whole amazing experience, producing an edited professional DVD of the whole days activities. Our expert camera men use cutting edge technology, helmet and flexi mounted cameras to capture the action as it occurs.
